Modern Forever Home

Our clients envisioned a modern home that would suit their needs now and into the future. Located on a site with steep terrain, the house is built of the hill, not on the hill, with low-pitched rooflines, a ground-level main floor and a partial basement. The custom design brings together modern architectural features, such as the great room’s vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows, with our clients’ art and furnishings from around the globe. The home provides open space for family gatherings, accessibility for aging in place, and a balance between modern clean lines and warm organic materials for connectivity to the natural surroundings.
