Tidewater Traditional

With this addition to a 1930s architectural heirloom, the goal was to create a comfortable space for aging in place while also providing modern amenities and a seamless transition from old to new. The custom addition continues the charming original design while opening up the back of the house with a chef’s kitchen, fully-accessible first floor primary suite, casual dining and gathering space, bar, butler’s pantry, laundry room and small orangery/mudroom.
